What is Impact PBX?

Impact PBX connects your business phone system to Act!. When a call comes in, Impact PBX looks up the phone number in your database and displays a desktop popup with the matching contact. From there, one click opens the contact record.

No more searching while the customer is already on the phone. No more asking, “Can you remind me who this is?” Impact PBX helps you start every call with context.
