Renewal Policy for Subscriptions
An auto-renewal subscription is a subscription that Durkin Addons, Inc will regularly renew on your behalf before your current subscription term expires.
We will automatically renew your yearly subscription at the end of your current subscription. You can also choose to turn auto-renewal off or send us an email.
Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you understand your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable subscription price and any taxes, using any credit card we have on record for you.
Timing: You can see your renewal date in Account Manager. We'll send you an e-mail notice approximately 14 days before the new order is placed.
Updating your auto-renewal preferences: All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of the subscription period unless you change your auto-renewal preferences.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Your ImpactAct Online Account .
To cancel a subscription you purchased using Impactact.com :
1. Go to Your Account.

2. Click on the Serials icon at the top
3. Remove the check mark in the "Renew" option.
Once you cancel, the renewal date in your subscription details becomes the end date.
You'll no longer be charged for the subscription, but can continue to access it until this date.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no early termination fees.
Once you cancel you will still have access to the subscription through the end of your current paid billing period.
For all subscriptions we'll notify you when the subscription is set to renew. You can then change your billing information or cancel your subscription before you're charged again
