Wizards

The Report Wizard will let you quickly set up a report to run.

  1. Click the Wizard button in the ribbon
  2. Click on the next button
  3. Select the table from the left box              
                                                                                  

  4. Select the report type from the right box.  1-to-many Stepped, 1-to-many Grouped and 1-to-many List will give the option to add child tables to the report.  

  5. Select the fields to display on the report, add any sorts or groupings by the field.  If you have child tables you will see this screen for each child table.
                                                                


  6. Name the report, set the orientation and security for the report                                                 

  7. Click Next
  8. Click Finish

The report wizard will now generate your desired report and open it in the report designer. To run the report click on the RUN Report button on the top ribbon.
