Custom Memos

By default when adding a memo field onto a data-entry form Impact Suite uses the enhanced memo field component.
This component has three major enhancements:
  1. The ability to store and display formatted text 
  2. A toolbar to format the text in the memo field.
  3. Spelling dictionaries.
To add the memo component open the custom table data-entry form in Impact Designer

  1. Click on the Exisiting Fields icon in the upper right corner

  2. Drag the Memo field onto the layout. In this example the field is named "Notes Internal"
    To add a new memo field click on the
    Create Field icon and drag the Memo control onto the form.

  3. Re-size your memo field to your desired location and size.
