Impact scripting in Math Functions and Reports

With the release of Act! 21.1 visual basic (VB) scripting is not supported.

Act! continues to support C Sharp (C#) scripting but the end users need to change the settings in Impact Suite from VB to C# after the upgrade to Act 21.1. Requires Impact 9.1.0.10 or better

Step One:

Change the default language

1) Click on 'Impact Suite' at the top menu

2) Click on the 'Math' tab

3) Using the 'Language' dropdown select C#.

Step Two:

Convert the scripts to C#

1) Copy the exisitng VB script onto the clipboard

2) Go to one of the many VB to C# online conversion tools

3) Copy the C# script from the online tool back into the formula area.

For online converters I found these to be the best.
